People often create Romantic Moments for specific reasons. A birthday. An anniversary. Valentine’s Day. Because you’re in trouble! Instead of using one of the stereotypical reasons for creating a Romantic Moment, surprise your partner with this idea.
Order and pick up the ingredients for dinner together. Include your partner’s preferred beverage. Add a candle or two. And include a fruit bouquet.
Instead of making multiple trips from the car and traipsing into the house with bags of goodies, place all these items into one or two boxes. Seal the box. Attach an envelope containing a handwritten note on the outside of the box. On the note write, “Just because I love you.”
Carefully place the box(es) on the counter or table and invite your partner to open it. Your partner will have the surprise of a gift, the fun of fixing dinner together, and the thought you didn’t have to have a “reason” you had to create a Romantic Moment. That’s three of the four Romantic Preference Groupings in one Romantic Moment.
