These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Romance Alive website and services, including coaching, workshops, memberships, and any associated content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using these Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Services & Eligibility

• Romance Alive offers various Services: consulting, personal support and guidance, workshops, programs, custom events, and memberships.

• You must be 18 years or older or have served as a guardian to use these Services.

3. Purchases & Payment Terms

• Pricing is clearly displayed on the website and subject to change.

• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, or unless otherwise stated.

• If you enroll in a package or subscription, recurring billing applies until canceled.

• Payment methods accepted: Stripe, PayPal, and other processors as specified.

• Access to Services begins once payment is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• For coaching sessions and workshops:

  • Discovery Sessions: Minimum 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

  • Paid sessions: Fees apply with less than 24-hour notice.

  • Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

• Always provide valid, truthful information when using our Services.

• Be honest and respectful in all communications.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

• Use our Services only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

6. Content Ownership & Use

• All content on Romance Alive—materials, graphics, text, logos—is owned by Romance Alive and protected by copyright.

• You may use these materials for personal use only. Duplication, distribution, or commercial use requires explicit written permission from Romance Alive.

7. Third‑Party Tools & Links

Our Services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Fillout, Calendly, Stripe). You agree to their terms when using them.

We may also provide links to third-party sites, which we do not control—review their separate Terms & Privacy Policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, expressed or implied (e.g., no guarantees of results). Your use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Romance Alive and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Services.
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Romance Alive harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• Romance Alive may terminate or suspend your access without notice if you breach these Terms.

• You may cancel subscriptions anytime; access remains until the end of that billing cycle.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
