—is the exclusive property of Romance Alive and Robert Beagle unless otherwise credited. This content is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Visitors and clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use Romance Alive content for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

3. Coaching & Course Materials

Materials provided through 1-on-1 coaching, workshops, or paid programs (such as The Romance Reset) are licensed for personal use only. Clients do not acquire ownership rights to any digital or printed material shared.

4. Trademarks

The name Romance Alive, any associated logos, and brand phrases (e.g., Keep Romance Alive Every Day) are trademarks of Romance Alive. Unauthorized use or imitation of these marks is strictly prohibited.

5. Reporting Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property is being used on this site without permission—or if you see Romance Alive content used elsewhere without credit—please notify us using the Contact Form or email robert@romancealive.com.

6. Violations & Enforcement
