Does your “bucket list” items involve crowded planes, trains, taxis, hotels and a passport? Mine does. What about a bucket list of Romantic Moments that don’t require emptying your investment accounts?
Invite your partner out for a meal. Somewhere where you can dine for more than 30 minutes without encouragement to leave. Or at home. Bring along something to take notes on/with.
Once you’re settled in, ask your sweetheart for two items for a romantic bucket list. Things you can do local or within maybe two hours of home. Come prepared to present your two items. Then ask for theirs. Discuss the ideas. Ask questions. Answer questions. Share and find out why these are on each list. Let the conversation flow. Don’t rush to complete the list.
Now, with four bucket list items, talk about how and when you might realize each. By the end of the meal, you’ll have a list of four additional Romantic Moments you can create and share.
